Types of Parent Visas
The SUBCLASS 103 visa is a permanent visa that allows the parent of a settled Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident of Australia or eligible New Zealand citizen. This parent visa might be applied either inside or outside Australia. If the applicant is onshore, the candidate’s current visa should not expose to No Further Stay Condition.
Criteria for applying for Parent Visa (Subclass 103 )-
- The applicant must be an aged parent.
- The parent must be sponsored by a child who is a permanent resident of Australia.
- You should meet all the health and character requirements.
- The applicant must meet the balance of family test.
